Lisa Crowell
Lisa Crowell has written and produced dozens of TV shows for the Food Network, HGTV, Discovery Channel and other networks. She also shoots, edits and directs. Before TV production, Lisa was in front of the camera as a TV news reporter covering live spot news, investigative reports and feature stories. She worked at TV stations in Denver, CO, Minneapolis, MN, and Fargo, ND. Lisa has interviewed U.S. Presidents, celebrities, and Fortune 500 factory managers. But some of the best stories she's been fortunate to tell are the stories about “ordinary” people.
Some of her most memorable interviews include: shooting a Louisiana artist whittling famous people onto matchsticks in his tugboat on the Bayou, standing chest-deep wearing waders in the middle of a cranberry bog to capture a cranberry farm operation in Wisconsin, and covering the New Year’s Day Tournament of Roses Parade that capped off a year of documenting behind-the-scenes stories of how the floats are made in Pasadena, California.
Fun fact ~ Lisa has been shooting, producing and editing videos since she got her first video camera and editing equipment in 7th grade! (Her videos are a little bit better now.) Lisa also has a passion for teaching self defense classes! She trains Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Nic Kragh
Nic Kragh also has a background working in television production. He was in the field on the production crew for "Prospectors" on the Discovery Channel, worked in post-production for "Cake Boss" on Discovery Channel, and worked on video projects and commercials for corporate clients like Miracle-Gro.
He is also a career firefighter in Virginia, so the "Firebrand" moniker is fitting! Before that, he was in the Merchant Marine, sailing around the world on Navy TAG-S ships, dredgers, and oil tankers.
Nic has his FAA certificate for flying his collection of drones. He is on the drone team with the fire department to help locate lost people or “hot spots” from fires in homes/buildings or brush fires in the mountains.
Fun fact ~ Nic also trains Brazilian Jiu Jitsu — Nic and Lisa first met at a Jiu Jitsu academy in Denver, Colorado! Nic is also a goat whisperer (ha!), the couple has myotonic goats as well as Dexter cattle and chickens on their farm in the Blue Ridge Mountains of southwest Virginia.
