July 18th Social Media Workshop:

“Film Yourself with Confidence”

DAY #1:  In-Person

WHERE:  The Junebug Center 251 Parkway Lane S.  Floyd, VA 24091

ROOM:  Movement Dance Studio across from main building

When:  Saturday, July 18th  10:00am - 12:30

DAY #2:  Virtual Group Session

Saturday, July 25th  1pm - 3pm live online (optional, you don't have to stay the full 2 hours)

TOTAL COST:  $120 per person (non-refundable)

This beginner-friendly workshop focuses on how to deliver confident messaging on-camera and post your video to social media.

These techniques are great for entrepreneurs, business owners, nonprofits, and anyone who wants to communicate more clearly and confidently on camera, and have an easy and professional method of recording themselves. 

(We won't be discussing in-depth editing or shooting cover footage in this class; this will be more focused on your set-up, filming method, messaging and delivery.)

This workshop will cover:

• filming yourself using only your phone
• simple lighting + audio tips
• how to avoid BAD production quality
• writing for social media
• crafting a stronger message for your audience
• on-camera confidence + delivery methods
• how to make your content feel more engaging and intentional

Day One:  a 2-hour, hands-on workshop on Saturday, July 18th at the Junebug Center in Floyd, VA

Day Two:  the following Saturday from 1:00-3:00pm I’ll host a virtual online session with the group for feedback and troubleshooting

The total cost for this 2-day workshop is $120 per person.  

All you need to bring is your phone with Facebook and/or Instagram installed!
