July 18th Social Media Workshop:

“Film Yourself with Confidence”

This beginner-friendly workshop will focus on how to deliver confident messaging on-camera and post your video to social media.  These techniques are great for entrepreneurs, business owners, nonprofits, and anyone who wants to communicate more clearly and confidently on camera, and have a fail-proof method of recording themselves.  (We won't be discussing in-depth editing or shooting cover footage in this class; this will be more focused on your set-up, filming method, messaging and delivery.)

This workshop will cover:

• filming yourself using only your phone
• simple lighting + audio tips
• how to avoid BAD production quality
• writing for social media
• crafting a stronger message for your audience
• on-camera confidence + delivery methods
• how to make your content feel more engaging and intentional

  Workshop Day One:  2 hour hands-on workshop on Saturday, July 18th at the JuneBug Center in Floyd, VA (exact time TBD, likely 10am or 10:30am)

  Workshop Day Two:  about a week later, we'll do a virtual online session with the group for feedback and troubleshooting

The total cost for the 2-day workshop will be $120 per person.  

All you need to bring is your phone!
